Account info, identity verification results, background check results, license data, COI documents, payment metadata, shift history, check-in locations, and check-in photos.
2. How we use it
To match workers to shifts, verify trust tier, process payments, comply with tax law, investigate disputes, and improve the platform.
3. Who we share it with
Verification providers, payment processors, EOR partners, AI providers for match rationale, and law enforcement when legally required.
4. How long we keep it
Account and tax records are retained as required by law. Operational evidence such as check-in photos is retained only as long as needed for safety, compliance, and disputes.
5. Your rights
Access, correction, deletion, and portability requests can be sent to the CrewMonk team.
6. Security
Data is protected in transit and at rest with authorization checks, webhook signature verification, and operational audit trails.
