Refund policy if I cancel a shift early?

Cancel before a worker checks in and your escrow refunds in full automatically — usually back on your card in 5-10 business days, instantly back to your dispatch wallet. Cancel after check-in and you pay a one-hour minimum to the worker; the rest refunds.

What if a worker no-shows?

Open a dispute from the booking page and your escrow refunds in full once we confirm the missed check-in (usually within an hour, automatic if there's no GPS ping by the start window). The worker takes a tier-drop and a strike against their trust score; repeats pause the account.

Who's liable if site work is damaged?

Tier 4+ workers carry $1M+ commercial general liability — claims go to the carrier we verified, and CrewMonk supplies the COI on request. Tier 0-3 workers don't carry CrewMonk-verified insurance, so damage claims are between you and the worker; we'll mediate via the dispute flow but we're not a party to the underlying liability.

How is my payment protected?

Every booking funds an escrow at confirmation and releases only after the worker checks out with GPS + photo evidence at the job site. If the work isn't right, flag the booking before you approve completion — escrow holds until our dispute team rules. Most disputes resolve in 24-48 hours.

Can I rebook the same worker?

Yes. Favorite workers from any past booking and they jump to the front of your applicant list on future shifts. You can also direct-invite a favorite — they get a private offer and 24 hours to accept before the shift opens to the wider dispatch board.

How fast is the match really?

Median time-to-first-applicant is under 60 seconds during dispatch hours; median time-to-confirmed-booking is 8 minutes for Tier 1-2 and 35 minutes for Tier 3-4. Tier 5 enterprise placements are SLA-tracked separately and run a few hours, since I-9 and W-2 onboarding has to clear first.
